1st-2nd-September - Oxfam Trailtrekker Join 150 inspirational teams from all walks of life, take on the stunning Mourne Mountains & Cooley Peninsula and achieve something incredible. Trailtrekker is an exhilarating challange for teams of 2 to 4 people! You can choose from two challenges - the 100km or the 50km. The 100km is the ultimate challenge! The 50km takes in the best bits of the 100km route and provides a great day out! Participants of all levels of experience are welcome to take part, from the complete novice to the most seasoned hill walkers and adventure race participants. All teams commit to fundraising for Oxfam. With training just about anyone can take part!Oxfam will assist you with fundraising activities, training plans and a training walk will be provided. The event starts in Newcastle, Co. Down and finishes in Carlingford, Co. Louth. The route follows the Mourne Mountains, the Ring of Gullion and Cooley Peninsula. If you want to get fit, have fun and support a great cause then look no further!
